I booked via allopark for 4 days, and everything went well. The driver was on time both on the day I dropped my car off and at the airport, with easy access to the car park.

I'm delighted with this very practical means of parking. The driver is accommodating, proactive and very friendly. I would recommend

Geen ster waard, moet er toch 1 geven wat te veel is!!!! Onbeleefd volk, geen reactie mét telefoneren, niemand aanwezig. Nemen ook geen contact met klant op . There's too much heat. You will have to pay for this....

More than unpleasant welcome from the manager. The starting price is increased by 5 euros per additional person for the outward transfer and also for the return if the shuttle carries more than 2 people. The total is therefore no cheaper than any other car park hire... We were unable to obtain a receipt for the extra payment made as a result of the Ryanair strike, despite our numerous phone calls and their promise to get back to us as soon as possible.

I gave it 1 star because you can't go any lower. Totally incompetent service. Booked for 15 days, appointment at 5am, we waited at the gate until 5:30am trying to contact them by phone and text. We ordered a taxi so as not to miss the plane. Forced to leave the car on the side of the road for 15 days. No apologies from them. Fortunately not paid in advance.

You can't get less than one star. Car park to be avoided. It's a mess, they take more cars than they can handle. Results, can't find customers' cars and so on. More than an hour's wait at the airport before they arrive. You call them, they don't answer. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this service. Very, very bad experience!

I hope you will read this message. You absolutely must avoid this car park! It's a real scam. We booked a space via AlloPark two or three months in advance. On the big day, we were told that we weren't on the list because we'd booked through AlloPark instead of their own website? Fortunately, we'd thought ahead and brought the proof of reservation with us. Moussa added us to his 'list'. When I enter the car park, he asks me to park opposite other cars... I ask him "Why? He tells me that's why he needs my keys! What's more, he says it says so on the website. But it doesn't say that at all! What's more, Yess Parking themselves sent us a confirmation email with a QR Code. He then told us that we were at fault because we should have booked via their own site instead of AlloPark. To be exact, he even told us to make a FAVOUR. I was hallucinating. When we asked him the question "Why does your company stay on AlloPark then?" The answer was totally roundabout. I could smell a big scam. Anyway, after a few discussions, Moussa told us that he was willing to move some cars to give us a real space and so that we could keep our key. I should point out that this gentleman is extremely rude (no "hello" or "thank you") and is even very aggressive! On our return, the same rude behaviour. What's more, we had to pay an extra €25 because we landed after midnight... This isn't shown on their website either. At this point, a slight "thank you" was heard. I should also add that Moussa doesn't help at all with unloading or loading our suitcases into the car. It's a detail, but other companies do it. I hope this company sinks soon and I hope you avoid being another victim.

Car park to be avoided at all costs! When we arrived, we were asked to pay an extra 5 euros in cash, even though this had not been indicated at the time of booking. We left the car keys in the car park, moderately reassured by this request. Dozens of cars are crammed together in two large spaces. We understand that they are moving the vehicles here and there to extract some as they go... A driver takes us to the airport, and the transfer goes smoothly. On our return, at around 10am, a driver picks us up after a short wait, telling us that he's not with the company but that he's helping out his colleague... The vehicle was overloaded, with 3 children on their parents' laps - hello safety! We then had to wait for more than 30 minutes in front of the "car park", before they finally brought our vehicle back and gave us our keys back, with a quick "sorry we didn't have time to prepare the cars this morning". And what a state the car is in! Obviously parked under the trees, it's extremely dirty, with dead leaves, mud and water everywhere, even under the bonnet! It took us more than 10 minutes to get all that stuff off the windscreen and bonnet, but it'll cost us another big wash at the car wash when we get back! Once again, barely an apology for the state of our car... In short, unprofessional and lacking in confidence from the outset, we won't be using YesParking again!

To flee, 30 min of waiting for a person to disembark, you refuse for overbooking, of blow they remained less than hour to have our flight, in the urgency, that cost us 200€ to the carpark of Charleroi to flee!

Vragen extra kosten apart bij te betalen per traject. Ze waren te laat bij doorvoeren: we moesten een vroege vlucht halen en daarvoor om 4u vertrekken, pas om 4u30 waren we onderweg naar de luchthaven. The weather was not too bad. Bij terugkeren stonden we meer dan een uur te wachten. We drive around with only 1 car, 5+2 places. We have plenty of room for 3 children and luggage. Very good service, no more!

Reasonably priced parking: €39 for 11 days. I parked my car and picked it up without any problem. I didn't see anyone though.
